 Insectrap
Insectrap is a non-toxic sticky trap that attracts and traps fruit flies.
It also traps the Citrus
Gall Wasp.
An attractant within the yellow tube is released when the hole is exposed,
offering an effective lifespan of 3 to 4 months.
It is a disposable unit. When full, discard it and replace it with
another.
Insectrap is suitable for:
- Trapping insects
permanently
- Reducing the insect
population without the use of toxic chemicals
- Monitoring
- Early detection
- Identifying the type of
insect invading your trees
- Protection against heavy
infestation
Recommended usage:
- Hang Insectrap on trees in August
- Use 2 traps for trees up to
2 metres in height and 4 traps for trees above 2 metres in height
- If the tree is severely
infested, double the quantity of Insectraps used
- Repeat application is
recommended for subsequent seasons and may be essential for heavily
infested trees
